Cancellation & Payment Policy:

 

Stays over 2 nights will require a $50 deposit that will be deducted from your fur baby's boarding stay. Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before your fur baby’s original boarding dates or the deposit will be forfeited.

 

In order to accommodate the number of valued customers seeking boarding, an increasing amount of no shows and day of cancellations, we require you to please give us 72 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for your entire stay.

 

You are responsible for full payment for the days originally reserved regardless if you pick up early or drop off late.
